Future Films is launching a new reality show called I Wanna Be a World Class Athlete!

Think "Sports Science" meets"The Biggest Loser" and"Extreme Home Makeover", but with the goal of transforming individual sport players into World Class Athletes. Regular people like you who love golf, football, basketball, soccer, tennis, baseball, and more. Even if you're not athletic and just want to transform your body and lifestyle by working out like the pros, (beginner or very experienced) you could be chosen for the show. Everyone has a shot at making the show!

"Casting is looking for savvy Personal Fitness Trainers, Physical Therapists, Athletic Trainers, Sports Performance Coaches and Athletes between the ages of 12 and 55, who want to take their training to the next level, in hopes of landing their share of $250,000 in cash and athletic scholarships. When selected, thirty (30) real-world athletes and six (6) coaches/trainers will participate in a 6 to 8-week journey offered by their role on I Wanna Be A World Class Athlete. America and the world will watch as our professional training staff works with each athlete on cardiovascular fitness, strength training, plyometric training, sport-specific skills, sport psychology and proper nutrition. The show will feature featuring cutting edge assessments, training equipment, and special effects illustrating their performances.
I Wanna Be a World Class Athlete will hold its first of 10 nationwide casting calls in San Diego CA, July 24 (trainers and sports coaches), and July 25-26 (athletes and wanna be's), from 9am to 5pm each. Locations within each city are still being finalized but dates are set.
