Mr. Morgenstern specializes in developing material and projects for dramatic formats, finding financing for projects for film, stage and television, and contacting screen writers, dramatists and directors in compiling projects for dramatic formats. Previously, Mr. Morgenstern worked in the finance and accounting industries. He is the father of four, one boy and one girl in California and two boys in New York. He attributes his success to his perseverance.

A member of the International Affiliation of Writers Guilds, Mr. Morgenstern received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Accounting from Baruch College. He has produced films such as "Too Much Sun" starring Robert Downy Jr., "Breakin' Through" starring Ben Vereen and the film, "Scream for Help" directed by Michael Winner. For the stage, Mr. Morgenstern has produced Modigliani, which sold to Columbia Pictures, In the Belly of the Beast, the Mailer/Abbott saga, and an adaptation of a book about famous Russian poets, which won a Helen Hays Award in Washington, D.C.
