He is particularly skilled in gathering local news and editing production materials. With 16 years of professional experience, he attributes his success to his passion for his profession, dedication and persistence.

Mr. MacLellan is the recipient of a diploma in media from the Atlantic Media Institute. He is a member of the Radio and TV Broadcast Association and the Canadian Association of Journalists. In 1998, he was honored with an Atlantic Journalism Award. Mr. MacLellan was also recognized twice for presenting the best news casts in Canada. In his free time, he supports United Way Worldwide, Habitat for Humanity International and the Ronald McDonald House Charities.
