NEW YORK, NY, December 8, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Julie LoRusso, recently-hired Director of The Gayle King Show launching on January 3rd on the Oprah Winfrey Network, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in her career.

Julie LoRusso has worked in the television industry for over 20 years as a director, associate director and stage manager. Her strengths include live television, concerts, game shows, specials and webcasts. She excels at overseeing show and set design, camera shots, lighting, scripts, and the final outcome of the productions. She began her career interning for MTV, and went on to work for Countdown Entertainment Inc., MTV News, Spike TV, Sprout, and Nickelodeon. She is a very detail-oriented person with excellent communication skills. She loves what she is doing and intends to keep learning all she can about the industry.

In 1990, Ms. LoRusso received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in acting and directing from Montclair State University. She is a member of the Directors Guild of America.
