Las Vegas Production Company Releases Pilot Of Children's Television Show For Worldwide Distribution
The Fremantle Corporation, has chosen WOBWORLD¸ an educational children's television show and interactive website to premier at MIPCOM this October.

MIPCOM is the largest television and entertainment event held in Cannes, France each year (the same location as the world-famous Cannes Film Festival). It is a content event for co-producing, buying, selling, financing and distributing entertainment content. MIPCOM provides companies involved in the TV, film, digital and audiovisual content, production and distribution industries a market and networking forum to discover future trends and trade content rights on a global level. It is the largest networking forum and showcase for film and television production companies such as DK Productions, Inc. of Las Vegas, Nevada (there are approximately 13,000 registered delegates in attendance each year).

The Wobworld concept was created by Rosalind Goly, who has spent over four years developing her ideas, characters, songs, scripts and website (www.wobworld.com). Rosalind then approached Dimitri Sotirakis and Kimberlie Chambers of DK Productions, Inc. for counsel on television production. DK quickly recognized the enormous potential of Wobworld and partnered with Rosalind to clarify, refine and expand the Wobworld concept and then produce, direct and distribute the television series internationally. Prior to production, DK's 20-year relationship with a major distributor allowed them to present the Wobworld concept to a television veteran in order to assess potential interest in the show. The Fremantle Corporation gave their nod of approval and DK shot and edited the pilot of the show, which was completed August 2011.

Wobworld is an educational television series and interactive website that entertains while teaching valuable science, health and life lessons to children, taught by a lovable cast of characters in a magical, animated setting.
