NEW YORK, NY, September 02, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Meredith Berke, Director of Project Management for Unit 7, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in project and team management.

With nearly two decades of professional experience, Ms. Berke has worked in all aspects of media, including television, publishing, public relations, advertising, and promotions, in such major cities as Orlando, Fla., Los Angeles, Calif., Atlanta, Ga., and Boston, Mass. Currently working for Unit 7, a creative media services and advertising agency in New York City, she expertly manages projects and resources on a day-to-day basis. In addition, she oversees scopes and budgets, and communicates with clients. She has been in the field for 17 years and attributes her success to her ability to complete projects.

Ms. Berke's catalog of previous roles is impressive. She worked in website development for Strike Interactive, and in two corporate functions for Time Warner Inc. Additionally, she has been a supervising producer and manager of promotions and advertising for such television production clients as A&E, The History Channel, BET, Discovery Kids, Disney Televentures, FOX Sports Net, The Golf Channel, Just Ask a Woman, Martha Stewart Living Television, Oxygen Network, and the Ricki Lake Talk Show.

A graduate of the University of Hartford, Ms. Berke earned a bachelor's degree in communications in 1994. In her spare time she writes a blog entitled "View Skewed," in which she reviews music and concerts — her personal passion. In an About Me section, she describes herself as "an observer, an implementer." Ms. Berke is also pursuing certification as a project management professional. In the future, she intends to utilize her networking skills and talents to establish her own business.
